Abandoned housing being demolished in the Williamsbridge area as a result of the work of the United East 220th-221st St Block Association, Inc. A garden was created as a result of community action. Images include "Clean it up, fix it up, and paint it up campaign"; views of attached pivate homes in the neighborhood; an association bus trip fundraiser to Atlantic City; and a "Crime Prevention Award" presented by the NAACP and the police.
